Fall of Freedom

Creative Resistance in the Commons

Fall Of Freedom is a nationwide effort calling artists and cultural workers of all disciplines and abilities to form a united front against the theft of democracy taking place in the United States

NOW!

We can put Missoula on the  map with an event on Saturday, November 22, at Free Cycles.

Craig Menteer, Laura Millin, Youpa Stein and Bob Giordono invite you to gather at 732 S 1st St W on November 22 from 1 - 3 pm for  Creative Resistance in the Commons. What will that look like? You tell me. Performance. Planning. Tea. Conversations. Strategizing. Music. Mutual Aid. Poetry. Lunch! - last on the list but a definite first on the agenda.

Calling all artists - static, time based, 2d, 3d, live and/or pre-recorded. Have a work in progress you want to workshop? An oldie but goodie from your repertoire? Spoken-written-shout out-loud-word-thing you want to air out? WE WANT YOUR ENERGY. Are you one of those clandestine digital artists bombing social media? We would love to be your audience in an 'off-line' event. Puppets, please! Sound reinforcement and digital projection enabled.

Sign up, Show strength in numbers. Join us!

If you want to participate in a more private way or you cannot attend the Fall Of Freedom event at  Free Cycles, 11/22/25 at 1pm you can record a personal video here and it will be uploaded to the Fall Of Freedom webpage.
